The hot pools were the highlight of our stay, providing a super relaxing experience. We loved being able to soak in the hot water and enjoy the beautiful views. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with snow white beddings and towels. The hosts were friendly and gave us a detailed introduction to the facilities. The kitchenware looked new and the bathroom was spacious enough. Sleeping in was a breeze thanks to the comfortable beds and peaceful atmosphere.

The decor felt outdated and could use some refreshing. the thin walls made it difficult to escape the noise from neighboring rooms.

The location was great and amazing for traveling around Turangi, very close to the mountains and Turangi shops. Both rooms we booked were huge and large with a bedside table, bathroom plus good cooking facilities.

Lovely little hotel in a beautiful quiet area near ski fields, and national parks. Amazing service, amazingly friendly staff. A great-sized and newly renovated and reasonably priced room in the 2nd bedroom.

The 24 hour access to the spa pools was the highlight of our stay at Rainbow Motel. We had a great soak after a long drive and got to enjoy the stunning view of the stars. The rooms were spacious, cute, and retro with comfortable beds for a great sleep. The hosts, Ann and Bob, were incredibly friendly and helpful in making our stay enjoyable. we had a cozy and clean experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool area was amazing and the location was great and awesome, adjacent to Taupo, and Tongariro national park. Furthermore, down from the mountain.

The closeness of the motel to the town center and supermarket was a real treat, and the retro furnishings in the room were fascinating. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and fresh towels. the management service was friendly and hospitable; we were given a warm welcome and an introduction to the facilities. the hot pools, the motel had other highlights, such as good pressure in the shower and a clean bathroom.
